Staff are polite attentive

The staff are always polite attentive and strive to help. Access to my account is very easy via the app. In person contact via accessible opening hours including Saturday and contact via telephone make this an easy option to manage my money having lots of options. The app is so clear and easy to use. Lots of news and info too to keep me in the loop. When I have visited the branch it made contact via phone I have always been met with a helpful member of the team. Even when a query could not be sorted immediately, I was contacted by another staff member as promised in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend ECU to others. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
