I’ve been with the credit union prescot branch near enough from them opening and I’ve seen them grow from strength to strength. Their efficiency, excellent customer service, informative, helpful, empathetic and friendly staff. Couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Excellent service they provide.

Excellent service they provide. Customer service, very helpful knowledgeable and friendly been with them since it started and I’ve never had a problem whether it’s been a loan or savings . Also very helpful when having to deal with a very close relatives account who passed away, it was dealt with efficiently quickly and with sympathy and empathy. I would definitely recommend them.
