Caring for carers

5
I'm a full time Mum / Carer who has both a foundation basic account and a select account with NatWest. I ran into financial problems last year when the tenants moved out of my flat / home that I currently have to rent out because I home school my fourteen year old with SEN and have been doing so since 2015. NatWest were fantastic and supported me all the way until I got things sorted out again and re let the flat. I had an unauthorised overdraft and they alleviated my extreme stress and were always on hand to offer support and guidance and not put any pressure on me. I was initially going to sell the property but the sale fell through and so I had to turn times back around and relet. The debt collection team and the telephone banking teams were always there to listen and support my difficult patch. As a care /vulnerable person NatWest help us by not penalising us and believe me that is a huge support, especially when we cannot work and have so much responsibilities on our hands. Thank you NatWest for always being there to listen and help. I always recommend NatWest. Good Luck and you deserve to win that 'Oscar' of the Banking World Awards. Best wishes, Anita Kelleher - proud NatWest customer. Reviewed on: 6th February 2019
