Helpful & knowledgeable

Whenever I've contacted Vanquis for help or with a query they've always been extremely helpful. Answered my questions and been knowledgeable. Minimal pressure 1 for this option and always speaking to someone is great too. Makes for a stress free encounter knowing you get to speak to a person who knows what they're talking about and understands what you're saying so you don't have to repeat yourself several times. If I have an issue and call customer service they're always really friendly and helpful. I can do everything I want in the app if needed so it's efficient for me too. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
