Sadly Vanquis has changed its app asking for digital...

Sadly Vanquis has changed its app asking for digital identification. This goes against mu human rights to be able to refuse and have an alternative app option. I will no longer be with Vanquis because of this. It has inconvenienced me by have to phone for a balance to pay. Other than that I was happy with Vanquis Reviewed on: 25th May 2026

I was offered a transfer from another account with 0...

I was offered a transfer from another account with 0% interest for 12 months and 4.9% transfer fee. After being with Vanquis for such a long time and managing my account well, I was not given a better. Found a deal of 2.9% interest fee and 0% for 18 months. I will be changing my credit card account and closing my Vanquis. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
