First time I actually recommended a bank!

I'm generally hesitant to recommend companies/products/brands to friends and family, mainly because I'd feel guilty if they're not satisfied. I did not expect much when I created an account with Starling, but I've been surprised by how everything works so seamlessly, how their customer support is genuinely available 24/7 (unlike others like revolut/monzo) and responded quickly to chat requests. Instant notifications work perfectly and they're one of the few banks that also supports Fitbit pay. It's actually the first time that I've felt a bank works seamlessly on every aspect I needed a bank account for, and I openly recommend the bank even though there's no referral system.
