Their servicejust gets better and better...

I have answered the question customer service excellence, but the truth is I’ve never had to speak to customer services? The service that I’ve had has been informative quick and I get constant updates. Zopa by far is the best landing group out there. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

I’ve had at least three loans over The past few years, I don’t even bother checking anywhere else for rates because I know that they’re very competitive within the market. The last few years has been a strain for everyone and we’re all feeling the pinch. Credit card get used when they shouldn’t just to get by, but every time I felt I’m at that place where I have an eek moment financially Zopa has been my go to. Simple fast and friendly

Having to start again on the finance side of things at 48 is scary Asking for a loan feeling I could be turned down was scary But with Zopa It was fast and simple, I was over joyed with an instant answer Also the rates are fantastic compared to other lenders I will never use anyone else again Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
