Simple but effective!

This account was so easy to set up, I didn’t have to talk to anyone, I can bank 24 hours a day. It is so easy to make transfers, they move all my direct debits and standing orders over so quickly, it was brilliant! The live chat service saves me having to hold on the phone for ages. For someone with a busy job and no fixed lunch break, often finishing work after normal banking hours, this has been a lifesaver. I also love the roll up change service. Thanks Starling!
