Having switched over due to poor service at other banks, Starling is a breath of fresh air in how everything just works. I'd love if they could support charity accounts though.

The app is good, it was easy to sign up and had no issues whatsoever yet. Really like the instant spending notifications and the ability to spend abroad with no fees. Also, the insights tools are useful for doing end of month budget, although I wish there was a way to exclude certain payments from the summary as often moving money around will be seen as a 'payment'.

A decent bank. While opening my account they had technical issues, but had good staff who quickly apologized and sorted it out. Mobile and online banking generally good - but app doesn't work on rooted Android phones.
