Best Banking Experience Ever

Starling Bank is the perfect bank. So easy to apply and get up and running, the app is super intuitive and perfect for day-to-day use. When I messaged their support team about a small issue regarding 'Goals', I received a response within an hour and then a confirmation that the issue had been resolved within a couple of hours. Most traditional banks would have customers on the phone/on hold for that length of time just to register an investigation let alone find and implement a solution. The app provides instant confirmation of transactions, which is reassuring on a day-to-day basis but is also comforting knowing that I'd have instant notification of a fraudulent transaction, if one where to take place. Card security is taken even further by the fully customisable card controls which give the ability to turn off curtain types of payments. Every experience I've had with Starling, including messaging a couple of people in the support team, their website, their email updates and the app, have been great. It just works and it works well. I recommend them to friends and family whenever it comes up and I've already converted my girlfriend to hold her main account with them as well as a joint account we share.
