Brilliant product, ok service

The app and the features are just brilliant, I had a plumber in for an emergency fix, we agreed I would transfer the money to his account as I did not have cash. I noticed when he was looking for his account number that he was a Starling Customer as well. 10s later money transferred and all is well. But they really have to spend some time with the customer service voice and text, great first contact but follow up on issues is a bit iffy Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
