Helpful and easy to use

I've been with Starling for over a year now and I don't regret the move. It has been the best bank to take travelling across Asia and such helpful staff on the 24/7 chat who have got me out of a few sticky situations, especially when I keep forgetting my passwords! The app is also great, I love how easy it is to use, transfer money and the card lock function is a life saver! Although I have to say for me it's the coustumer service which makes it. I have had so many problems with other banks, that's if you even manage to speak to a person, but at Starling they have been outstanding every time! Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
