Changed my bank from engage to suits me I do like it...

Changed my bank from engage to suits me I do like it and I’ve had a good experience with them I had a problem where my card was declining and a rang customer services and they were able to rectify the problem within a few hours the only drawback would be that the wait time was an hour and a half but I understand that this is sometimes unavoidable.
