Efficient and user friendly Starling.

Starling bank is a rare example (in the banking world), of a customer focused organisation with simple IT systems that work. Their communications make it clear that continuos improvement is something they strive for and it shows in their easy to use apps and systems. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great IT keeps me informed

Really good experience. Almost the moment we spend anything from our Starling account, we get a text message confirming the spend and our new balance. A refreshing change to most of the technology used by traditional banks. A big bonus for us is the ability to take money out abroad without charge. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
