How banking should be

Starling have created something so simple to use I actually forget it's a bank sometimes. They give you updates on their roadmap and developments as they go rather than you just find out a new feature has been released. The customer service is so easy and convenient to contact. Right within the app via chat. But most importantly they listen to ideas and feedback from customers on what we are missing. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
