Ethical banking AND excellent customer service

I'm pleased to have started an ISA with Triodos Bank, impressed by their ethical banking practice, but now also delighted to find their customer service is so excellent. I have never failed to get through quickly on the phone to somebody helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
