Review of the M&S Bank - Marks and Spencer, Credit Card:

Really disatisfied. Not recommended.

MS Bank offered me a credit card with a decent ammount of credit. I only used 1/3 of that credit for one time and start making my monthly repayments. After 5 months, I accidentanly cancelled my direct debit because i was willing to increase the monthly payment and unfortunately for the 1st ever not only with MS Bank but with others credit cards, i forgot to make my payment. Without them not even sending a message or a phone call to find out what happened, they sent a letter asking for the minimum ammount and the interest and at once before even me realizing what happened and ofcorse repay them (which i had every intention to do at once) they even reduced my credit in half! I have a good credit score, money savings and all the payments of my life in perfect order. I was really disatisfied with such practices by MS Bank. A phone call the next day of me missing a single payment after many months would have sold the "problem" in secs. They 've cut my credit in half, without me even have a chance to explain and apologise for my negligence. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

I am really satisfied with my Atom Banking.

I have a lot of credit cards and also some savings. I 've searched a lot to find what is the best savings account of the market and i must say i am really happy with what Atom Bank provide. The best interest reward and frexibility. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
