Seduced by the free night offer

I applied for the hilton credit card as I am a member of H Honors and wanted the extra points. It also came with a free night offer. However, I didn't claim it, and it expired (I think this was 90 days from being awarded to me)...still worth its wallet space! Reviewed on: 18th October 2014

One size fits all banking

I run a small business and have my banking account with Lloyds. I don't have a relationship manager, so go into the call centre when I need help. This doesn't help with continuity as I've had the need to contact them multiple times re the same issue. It takes a while to bring the new person up to speed. Reviewed on: 18th October 2014
