Central credit union is the best credit union in Liverpool and Merseyside, I have been a member for over 30 years and would not dream of using any other credit union, I am treated with respect and politeness every time I enter park street office, what ever question or query I ask in the office or on the phone I feel I matter by the staff, I am told about all the things that is happening like the lottery, or what event is happening in the garden, or what charity a raffle is for, anything they are doing to help the community, from the CEO and all her staff to the volunteers you could not wish for better people to help you with your money, Reviewed on: 27th June 2026

I have never been treated so well, with so much care and consideration and politeness, it has to be the best credit union in the UK, staff and members are very friendly and pleasant, they have a pensioner's group and treated them to days out at the credit union expense, l love it, Reviewed on: 24th April 2025
