They have frozen the business account and all the m...

They have frozen the business account and all the money that the account was holding because of "security reasons", but the problem is that they are blocking the whole account because they have to check one transaction. Today it's a payday for my employees and I need to pay some other companies and I can't because they froze all the account rather that freeze only part of the money that then needs to check. Ithe customer support it does NOT offer any support and they don't care. As a business owner it's crucial for me to pay my employees and keep the business running instead they don't care. Terrible experience and as soon as they unfreeze the account I will move the money out instantly! Terrible terrible experience! I had to pay one employee from my own personal account because they were relying on the salary they were going to get. Its suspicious the fact that all of this to all of us is happening all at the same time. Seems like they are holding the money for some other reasons Reviewed on: 25th April 2025
