Whenever I need to get in touch with clockwise....

Whenever I need to get in touch with clockwise, I am attended to by a staff member that listens patiently, talks with courtesy, is knowledgeable in dealing with issues. It's reassuring that we always reach a resolution quite quickly.The app is amazing. I use it very regularly to transfer money between accounts. When I go to my branch, its easy to manage what i need and the tellers are very efficient. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

If ever I need to get in touch with my branch, I am always dealt with politely and efficiently. The call handler is always able to answer my queries and respond with obvious ease as they know the company, product and services we'll.i have always had my queries dealt with in full by whoever takes my call. I use the app and it's so easy to use.

I use the app and it's so easy to use. I can check my account balance and transfer money within seconds. It couldn't be easier. If for any reason, I need to contact the branch, I find the staff to be very friendly and have always been able to resolve my queries or requests very promptly. Thank you.
