The application process is straightforward, and decisions are usually made quickly. I also appreciate their focus on responsible lending—it's clear they prioritise financial wellbeing over profit. Their online banking platform is easy to use, with features like secure messaging, loan calculators, and account management tools. I’ve found the customer service team to be friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a query, which adds a personal touch you don’t always get with larger institutions. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. Their mobile app, while functional, can occasionally feel a bit outdated and limited compared to those of larger banks.
