Amazing customer service and great products

I recently had to open a cash ISA for a relative for whom I have power of attorney. I've experienced the process with a few different financial institutions now and it is generally time-consuming and far harder than it ought to be. Castle Trust were a breath of fresh air though. They made the process so very easy and the customer service team were top-notch - keeping me informed and helping when they needed to. The interest rate is great too so I would highly recommend Castle Trust to anyone and particularly if you are dealing with a PoA or similar. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Your money is doing good whilst getting great service

I have banked with Triodos for a few years now. The customer service is always excellent and they've put a lot of effort into improving the app recently.
