Poor customer service

Account opened for years, only when requesting to close are asked for id. Should this not have been done at the start when the account was opened? Why do you need a copy of the statement where the money is going to???? If I make a bank transfer the details are automatically checked. Really poor service over all. One person tells you to do one thing, then another tells you something else. Not happy. Reviewed on: 4th May 2025
