Avoid avoid avoid

I cancelled my policy last year with them, I now have their solicitors threatening court action as they say I owe £356 as they didn't cancel the policy at all. I also didn't sign a credit agreement with them and lo and behold they have an electronically signed copy (I didn't sign this either) Reviewed on: 7th May 2025

Reply from 1st Central Hi James, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience with us hasn’t been as positive as we’d hoped it would be. As the direct debit was cancelled, we sent an email to advise the next steps and how to either set the policy back up. Or, how to pay the cancellation fee, as per the cancellation breakdown.
