So nice that when the chips are down ECU are around!

Ecu go above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, and they always make you feel like a real person rather than just a number when speaking to them. They’re incredibly efficient, especially considering how many members they have, and the repayments simply come out of my weekly money, which makes everything so easy and manageable. ECU is always happy to help and assist with any queries. Their loan options have been a great help with the children when extra support has been needed.
