I had transferred money.

I had transferred money & it wasn't showing on my account. I emailed ECU, my email was answered straight away. I rang them as it would be easier to answer questions for security reasons. Within 10mins my query was sorted & an explanation was given to me. The staff member was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. My worry of loosing my money was quickly delt with. Friendly & Approachable.

Staff are so friendly and approachable. They are helpful and very understanding. They will help you as much as possible. I had a problem accessing my account online, I rang the office to explain what was happening and they immediately transferred my money after a few security questions and said they would sort the problem with the computer team. Information is on website and is easy to navigate. Any issues with access to your account is just a phone call away and is resolved right away. The local credit union centre is close to home. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026

Credit union loans

I had a loan from the credit union a while back. I fell into difficulties and was worried about paying the loan back. Fortunately I plucked up courage to speak to the credit union and arranged a payment plan eith them. No issues just friendly faces. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
