A bank run by HUMAN BEINGS

I was paying off a loan I had received last year, but then I received an unexpected bill of over £1000. Because I was still in debt to NCB, I was very hesitant of asking for another loan. However, the loan was approved and the money was in my bank within a few days. Obviously, they ran checks to see whether I could afford the payments and made the decision to grant it.... this bank is run by HUMAN BEINGS not mindless computers. Fantastic. PCCU, a bank like no others

After I was divorced, I needed to be responsible for my own finances so I started an account with the PCCU. I appreciate having to pay a regular amount put into my account each month. Savings rise quickly and easily. Over the years I have taken out two loans for household emergencies....a new washing machine and car repairs. Staff are particularly pleasant. I think they must be employed for personality as well as financial acumen. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025
