Mansfield: nice to deal with.

Mansfield have good interest rates and excellent customer telephone service. My calls have either been answered quickly or a good call-back ensuring the customers has a minimum hold time. The staff that answer the call are knowledgeable and helpful and have answered my questions quickly and accurately. So much better than the typical help desk script approach of other financial institutions. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Mansfied Building Society are a real gem.

Being able to speak to knowledgeable people directly is so important to me. Staff who know their products and work without a script is just so valuable when compared to my other experiences with other financial institutions. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025
