I’ve taken out a few smaller loans over the years for things like holidays and unexpected car maintenance, and they’ve always been really straightforward to arrange. The interest rates have been much lower than I expected, and everything has always been explained clearly so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to with no surprises. What I’ve like most is that I’ve never felt judged or pressured, the process is always personal and supportive. I joined ECU in 2020 at a strange time, having realised I didn’t have a safety net for whatever could come my way in life. The team helped me get started with regular savings and put something aside for the future. Now I’ve built up savings I never thought I’d be able to achieve. I joined enterprise through a payroll deduction scheme

I joined the credit union through a payroll deduction scheme offered by my employer. Before that, I had no savings and never thought I could be a 'saver' - but now I have a safety net and I'm working towards buying a house.
