Ridiculous system

Took over a month to sort out. Getting through on the phone was a joke. Then I was sent a plethora of text messages asking me to do the same thing repeatedly. I've watched the video that "speeds up the process" four times at a minimum. I was sent so many contradictory texts that I was so confused I decided to ring. Couldn't get through for over an hour. Then I received an email saying something different as I was on the phone and I thought it was sorted out. So I hung up. Alas, the confusing texts and emails started to come back again, saying my DRO will be stopped if I didn't reply and send the information requested - that I'd already sent at least twice! Booking a phonecall was also a nightmare when it came to the final stages of the process. Continually being asked to book an appointment when there were no slots to book. The calendar wasn't even there! I'm glad my DRO is sorted but I'm also glad the process is over! Reviewed on: 14th May 2025
