Superb, customer service second to none

Superb customer service second to none. I transferred to this bank over 2 years ago and would recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. I have received first rate customer service from them since day one. I love the fact that I can speak to someone in this country who understands how banking works. And also that I don't have to go through 6 or 7 menus on the telephone to speak to a person. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
