Invaluable for professionals

I am a homelessness prevention officer at a Local Authority (council). I use this tool on a daily basis to complete benefits assessments and budgets with clients who are threatened with homelessness. It's an excellent tool, very easy to use. I've used the "help" chat function numerous times and I have always, without exception, received an immediate and helpful response. I can't fault this software or the customer service. 11 out of 10 stars. Reviewed on: 15th May 2025
