None judgemental. Open communication and clarity over what to expect. No pressure and reassurance where needed. Happy to say that this has given me hope for my future. The guy who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and made all the feelings of stigma etc dissappear. Regardless out outcome, thank you. You genuinely helped me at my lowest point. Ill never forget it.
