Terrible customer service

What can I say, absolutely terrible service. The telephone handler just don't care. Not will to help in anyway. Been with post office for over 5 years. Alway paid on time and have been a great customer. Unfortunately not the same on there half. No flexibility at all, just keep to the script. Please do not use post office card if you want standard or below standard customer service, because they only do useless customer service. If you can live with that then give them a try. ...
