Terrible service making fake reviews

Monese are creating fake reviews, the service is terrible, fees are too high, payments are constantly held. Very unprofessional. Reviewed on: 18th February 2019

Just to clarify as a financial institution, we do review certain transitions manually every now and then to make sure that our service is safe to use for everyone. These checks are compulsory and in line with industry standards as set by our regulator.
