After being in debt for a while , i decided to contact Step Change. I was worried about making contact and if i could be bothered with all the hassle which this may come with. Contacting STEPCHANGE was the best decision I had made. They explained everything to me in simple terms ( even i could understand this ) it was made easy for me . and i have never looked back. My partner mental health was affected by Covid and couldn’t work for over two years with this, I struggled financially. Sleepless nights, etc after contacting step change within weeks they put a plan in place for me which is affordable and I haven’t looked back. Would recommend anybody. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
