Don't let bought by many fool you with the non claim refund. We were told we'd be refunded in January 2019 within 3 days, it's not the middle of Feb 2019 and we are still trying to get the agreed fee. They've also increased our policy by £40 per months for a dog we haven't claimed on. They are con artists, as soon as this debacle if sorted we will be cancelling. They might be cheap, but there's a reason !!!
