I was so embarrassed about my situation and still am as going to take a long time to clear but the customer service ladies I spoke to were brilliant very understanding and made the experience so easy they took care of everything and the pressure was lifted can’t fault the service Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

I was so embarrassed and upset but everyone I spoke to was so understanding and no judgement was made and I didn’t have to worry. It was all sorted out for me. I had got myself in such a mess but thank goodness I made that call. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
