They are good at setting up debt repayment plans.

They are good at setting up debt repayment plans. However not very good at answering questions relating to legal aspects of your debts. There are usually long waits when trying to contact them. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Before approaching step change I was in a desperate financial situation after having severe fraud committed against me. Step change assisted me in setting a tight but realistic budget to enable me to address my debts. They contacted my creditors and got the repayment solutions accepted. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
