Non judgemental

I contacted Step Change when I split with my wife and suddenly found myself in unmanageable debt. The lady on the phone was so helpful and non judgemental it put me at ease straight away. I'm three and a bit years in now, my debt is halved and I have an end date on my plan which gets closer all the time. My payments are manageable and handled for me, so no unsettling letters coming through the letterbox. Stepchange really did put me on the right path at the most difficult time of my life.
