I was working full time in London I had several disastrous relationships.This cost me financially and mentally I felt like a failure and was so ashamed and couldn't see a way out. Step change offed me hope listened and understood. I can not thank them enough. So easy to sort everything even in lock down so helpful and understanding. It's awful to see others struggle and I think the staff absolutely have empathy for everyone and every scenario. I felt so out of control I was scared for my own wellbeing. Step chsnge have been amazing and I thanky lucky stars everyday that I picked up the phone and callef them. That was the hardest part from then on its been a brilliant partnership built on trust and agreements that are viable. Keep up the good work and thank you so much. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
