StepChange have been amazing

StepChange have been amazing throughout my debt journey. They are so understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, they made me feel like I could get my life back again after getting into debt. Thanks to their support, I’ve already managed to pay back half of what I owed, which feels incredible and has lifted such a huge weight off my shoulders. What also gives me peace of mind is knowing that if I ever struggle again, they will still be there to help and support me without judgment. I can’t thank StepChange enough

I can’t thank StepChange enough for the support they’ve given me over the past couple of years. When I first reached out, I was overwhelmed and scared about my debt situation. I honestly couldn’t see a way forward. But StepChange helped me breathe again. From the very beginning, they were compassionate, non-judgmental, and incredibly knowledgeable. They worked with me to create a realistic plan, and since joining their program, I’ve already paid off a third of my debt. That in itself is a huge relief, but more than that, I no longer feel crushed by financial worry every day. They’re always on hand if you have questions or just need reassurance, and that level of support makes all the difference when you’re feeling anxious or unsure.
