Instant relief

By the time anybody gets to the stage of admitting defeat with their financial situation, they are worn out and at the end of the rope, worried that they will be made to feel stupid. Stepchange does not make anybody feel that way, they never say ‘ why did you buy that?’ It was such a relief to speak with somebody that did not judge your choices they just helped you get out of the whole that you had dug for yourself. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I no longer felt ashamed. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
