Useful, easy to use, wish there was a feature to track purchases and payments. The interface should show what and when you bought what, how much paid and how much remaining balance. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

online shopping made easier

“I like using PayPal for online shopping because it means I don’t have to carry my bank card around all the time. One feature I personally find really helpful is the ‘Pay in 3’ instalment option. It’s especially useful when I need to buy something that’s on sale but payday is still a while away. It gives me more flexibility and makes shopping a lot more convenient. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

I’m disappointed with how PayPal handled a recent dispute. I bought a wig that was clearly not as described, but my claim was dismissed without a proper investigation or request for additional evidence. Despite clear differences from the listing, PayPal said it wasn’t “that” different. Yet, the seller later offered a 50% refund—proving the item wasn’t as described.
