I’m disappointed with how PayPal handled a recent dispute. I bought a wig that was clearly not as described, but my claim was dismissed without a proper investigation or request for additional evidence. Despite clear differences from the listing, PayPal said it wasn’t “that” different. Yet, the seller later offered a 50% refund—proving the item wasn’t as described.
