Never had a problem

I have been with this bank for over 40 years, I joined it as Williams & Glynns, I have honestly never had a problem, they have always been helpful and any issues have been quickly resolved. I opened a business account with them 2 years back and it has been seamless working between my current accounts etc. I have only one issue, they are asking us to move bank as the Government are forcing them to shed people, due to having a monopoly of business customers. The problem is, the banks recommended are reviewed as very poor, so I'm a bit worried to move.
