Best thing I ever did!

I've never had any problems really. Easy to use and I can use it online in all the shops I shop at except 1 which is really good as speeds up paying and I don't have to keep putting my card details in or save cards on online shops. 2 factor sign in is brilliant too. I now have my PayPal credit card so I can shop in store too! Only ever contacted customer service once in all the years I had it and they were very helpful. Wish there would be a pay in 4-5 instalments as can be done on QVC especially on expensive items. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026

Great all round service

As PayPal is used nearly everywhere I have been able to use it everywhere I shop. I know it is safe and secure. My transactions with others are insured so I do not have to worry. I have used the pay in 3 many times as it is convenient especially when money is a bit tight and I need something. PayPal credit is also great for the costlier things with the 4 months interest free. An all round great service. Only used customer care once and they were fantastic and solved the problem fast. Will continue to use and tell others about it. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025
