Appalling Service

Having had home insurance with The Bank of Scotland for 18 years, and the misfortune to have had a fire in my home almost 9 months ago, I have been living the nightmare of trying to get this dysfunctional, unprofessional, uncoordinated, underhanded organisation to, at least attempt, to complete the required reparations in order that I can move back to my home and out of temporary accommodation.
