I do find the app very confusing.

I do find the app very confusing. Staff in the bank are very helpful but I wish the app was more user friendly. I need to increase my grand daughter’s weekly allowance but cannot work out how it’s done so I will have to try and get the bank to do it. Trouble free banking

Never had any problems with PayPal and they have been very quick to solve any issues I had with purchases that haven’t gone quite right. All good with them. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 27th June 2025

My go to bank for all my online purchases. I always feel confident that any problems will be dealt with quickly and efficiently I have had a couple of problems with some items I have bought but PayPal had them sorted within a day.
