Cannot speak highly enough

I have been a PayPal customer for several years and have consistently found it to be a very customer-focused company with excellent customer service. I use it for a variety of reasons, for instance secure online purchases or quickly ordering without having to re-enter my address details, but moreso with larger purchases, for the reassurance that if the item is faulty/ the seller is spam or if I have any issues whatsoever, PayPal will immediately refund my purchase and take on the fight with the vendor. Cannot recommend highly enough

I have been a PayPal Credit customer for several years. I have 100% confidence that they are a customer-focused organisation and never hesitate to use them when purchasing goods and services online. I have had the need to contact Customer Services twice due to issues with missing deliveries and finding myself caught up in scams and, on both occasions, they quickly resolved the issues (as far as my involvement was concerned) and refunded the payments I had made. In a world where so many companies and organisations seem to have lost their grip on reality in terms of priorities it is reassuring that PayPal continues to look out for, and look after, their customers.
